Mental Health with Ditty Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on promoting mental health awareness, advocacy, and support for individuals, communities, and vulnerable populations in Nigeria.
Our headquarters is in Abuja, Nigeria, and we provide services nationwide through in-person and virtual platforms.
Our focus areas include Mental Health First Aid training, trauma-informed care, disability-inclusive programming, workplace wellness programs, advocacy, psychotherapy, and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS).

We have contributed to the passing of the National Mental Health Act, the development of the National Mental Health Policy 2023, and the National Suicide Prevention Strategic Framework.

We offer mental health training, psychotherapy, counseling, workplace wellness programs, trauma management, and support for persons in humanitarian crises.
