Mental Health with Ditty Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on promoting mental health awareness, advocacy, and support for individuals, communities, and vulnerable populations in Nigeria.

Our headquarters is in Abuja, Nigeria, and we provide services nationwide through in-person and virtual platforms.

Our focus areas include Mental Health First Aid training, trauma-informed care, disability-inclusive programming, workplace wellness programs, advocacy, psychotherapy, and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS).

We collaborate with government agencies like the Federal Ministry of Health, Federal Ministry of Education, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and other government Ministries, departments, and Agencies.

We run workshops, school-based programs, community outreach, workplace training, and advocacy campaigns, particularly during events like World Mental Health Day where we do our annual symposium.

We have contributed to the passing of the National Mental Health Act, the development of the National Mental Health Policy 2023, and the National Suicide Prevention Strategic Framework.

We ensure all programs are disability-inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the needs of persons with disabilities.

We offer mental health training, psychotherapy, counseling, workplace wellness programs, trauma management, and support for persons in humanitarian crises.

Our services are open to individuals, schools, corporate organizations, and vulnerable groups such as persons with disabilities and internally displaced persons.
